Unfortunately here in Los Angeles (where I live) the cozze oftentimes don&#039;t have the good fresh taste of the Mediterranean ones. 		<description>I almost always eat the food I photograph - I think that thinking carries over from the food stylists who use all sorts of artificial things and props to make food look good instead of just photographing good looking food. And I&#039;d be pissed at you if you wasted a single one of those gorgeous mussels knowing first hand just how plump and delicious they are! Ciao~</description>
