Our 9th birthday! Come celebrate with us at the castle. It’s also the week we make our tomato sauce for the entire year!

Corso Advanzato per I Fighetti! (‘Advanced course for the cool kids!’). A week at the castle open only to returning students. Here is a special chance to spend time together again, going deeper into the food and wine of the Salento: bread making, burrate making, a day of sommelier training, etc. Sorry, it doesn’t matter the level of food or culinary training, this is open only to returning students.
