In October 2011, we debuted our wine programme called, Terronia: The New Wine School of Southern Italy, to great reception. For the last six years, I’ve closed the school for a few months in the spring to bicycle the Italian south, visiting cellars, vineyards and ristoranti with great wine lists. I then showcase these wines at our wine course each year. While the course is designed to be fun, I really believe that there is no place on earth that you can learn about the wines of Southern Italy, better, faster or more thoroughly, all in a week’s time.
